What We Offer

Three workshops, one purpose.

Each session is educational, organisational, and designed to leave something useful behind — a printed index, a set of conversation notes, a well-labelled folder system.

Why Roundtable

What makes our approach different.

Educational Only

Nothing we do crosses into advice, mediation, or any regulated work. Every session is organisational and instructional — you stay in full control.

Something to Keep

Each workshop produces a physical item — a printed index, a set of written notes, or a complete labelled folder system that stays with your household.

At Your Home or Ours

Sessions are held at the participant's home or at our Bangkok workshop space, whichever suits the household's schedule and circumstances.

Unhurried Pacing

No rush, no pressure. Sessions are built around your comfort level — the educator moves at the pace the household sets, not the other way around.

Discreet and Private

Household information discussed during sessions is held confidentially and never shared. Our educators work within clear boundaries around participant data.

Tailored to Your Household

Category lists and session structures are adjusted to match the size, composition, and current situation of each household we work with.

Ready to begin?

Is your household ready to put things in order?

A short conversation is all it takes to find the right session. Reach out and we'll describe what each workshop involves, so you can decide what fits best.

Questions

Things people often ask.

What exactly happens during a Household Index Session?

The educator sits with you and walks through a prepared category list — documents such as passports, household contracts, insurance papers, and so on. Together you note where each type of document is currently stored. By the end of the session you have a single printed page summarising this. Nothing is moved, judged, or interpreted — the index simply records what is where.

Are these workshops suitable for both Thai nationals and international residents?

Yes. Sessions are conducted in English and can accommodate households with mixed language backgrounds. The materials provided are in English, and the educator can work alongside a household member who translates where helpful.

What do the sessions in the Co-Parenting Conversation Series cover?

The three sessions cover structured frameworks for conversation: how to open a topic, how to listen actively, how to summarise what was said, and how to close the conversation with clarity. You'll practise these frameworks with written prompts and light role-play. These are communication tools only — the educator does not advise on personal family circumstances.

Does the Family Records Coordination Program involve moving or handling documents?

The educator helps you organise and label documents into a folder system, but you remain in control of all materials throughout. Nothing leaves the home, and the educator does not review document contents beyond what you choose to share for labelling purposes.

Can the four-week programme be paused if something comes up?

Scheduling is handled with flexibility. If a week needs to be skipped or rescheduled, we can usually accommodate this with reasonable notice. The programme is designed to move at the household's pace rather than a fixed calendar.

How is pricing structured, and is there any flexibility?

Each workshop has a set fee in Thai Baht — ฿4,500 for the Household Index Session, ฿13,500 for the Co-Parenting Conversation Series, and ฿26,200 for the Family Records Coordination Program. These are inclusive of all materials and visits described in each programme outline. Payment details are shared at the time of booking.
