1. About These Terms
These terms set out the basis on which Roundtable provides its educational workshops to participants. Please read them before booking a session. By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.
Roundtable is a workshop provider registered in Bangkok, Thailand. Our address is 264 Charoen Nakhon Road, Khlong San, Bangkok 10600. You can contact us at [email protected] or by telephone at +66 2 538 6294.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Where a dispute arises, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution in the first instance before pursuing formal proceedings.
2. Nature of Our Services
Roundtable offers educational workshops in household organisation, family communication, and records coordination. All sessions are structured learning experiences only. Our educators do not provide:
- Legal, financial, tax, or investment advice of any kind
- Mediation, arbitration, or dispute resolution services
- Psychological, social work, or counselling services
- Interpretation or handling of regulated documents
If your circumstances require any of the above, we encourage you to seek assistance from a suitably qualified professional. Roundtable can refer you to appropriate resources on request, but such referrals do not constitute endorsement or advice.
3. Programmes and Pricing
We currently offer three workshop programmes. Fees are set in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of all materials described in the programme description.

Fees are payable prior to the commencement of the first session unless a written alternative has been agreed. We reserve the right to adjust fees for future bookings with reasonable notice. Any booking confirmed before a fee change takes effect will be honoured at the rate agreed at the time of booking.
4. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings are made by submitting an enquiry through our website contact form or by contacting us directly by telephone or email. A booking is confirmed only once you have received a written confirmation from Roundtable and the applicable fee has been received.
We will make reasonable efforts to schedule sessions at times convenient to you. Session times are subject to educator availability. Where a preferred time cannot be accommodated, we will offer the nearest available alternative.
For programmes involving home visits, the participant is responsible for ensuring that a safe and accessible environment is available for each scheduled visit.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation by the Participant
- More than 5 business days before the first session: A full refund will be issued, less a small administrative charge of ฿300.
- 2–5 business days before the first session: A 50% refund will be issued.
- Less than 2 business days before the first session: No refund is available. You may request a single reschedule within 30 days.
- Multi-session programmes: Where a programme has begun, fees are charged proportionally for sessions already delivered. Unused sessions may be rescheduled within 60 days of the original programme end date.
Cancellation by Roundtable
If we are unable to deliver a confirmed session for any reason, we will notify you as early as possible and offer a rescheduled session or a full refund. We will not be liable for any indirect costs or inconvenience arising from a cancellation made in good faith.
6. Participant Conduct
Roundtable sessions are calm, structured, and respectful in tone. We ask all participants to engage in the same spirit. Our educators have the discretion to pause or end a session where conduct is disruptive, and no refund will be issued in such circumstances.
Participants are welcome to bring another adult household member to any session, provided this is agreed in advance. Sessions are not suitable for young children who are not able to participate calmly for the duration of the session.
7. Intellectual Property
All workshop materials, written prompts, framework cards, printed indexes, and other resources provided by Roundtable are for the personal use of the participant and their household only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
The content of this website, including text, layout, and design, is the property of Roundtable and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Roundtable's liability to any participant in connection with any workshop programme shall not exceed the total fee paid by that participant for the relevant programme.
We are not responsible for any decisions made by participants on the basis of material covered in a workshop. Our sessions are educational in nature. Participants are responsible for seeking appropriate professional advice for their specific circumstances.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for matters that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable Thai law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised date at the top. We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants with active bookings of any material changes by email.
Continued use of our services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
