Our Methodology

How every session is structured.

Scope Confirmation

We review what the household needs and confirm the session fits within our educational scope before booking is finalised.

Preparation

Materials are assembled in advance. For home-visit sessions, the educator prepares a checklist and brings all printed items needed.

Session Delivery

The session follows a documented structure, paced by the participant. The educator notes, supports, and produces the session output.

Handover

The printed output is handed to the participant at the session's close. A feedback form is provided to inform future programme improvements.

Session 01

Household Index Session

A short structured appointment that helps a household build a simple, calm index of where their important records are kept. The educator visits or hosts the participant at the workshop, walks through a category list together, and produces a one-page printed index by the end of the session. The participant keeps this index in a folder at home and updates it over time. The session is organisational only and does not include advice, interpretation, or any handling of regulated matters.

What the session covers:

  • Walking through a prepared household document category list
  • Noting where each document category is currently stored
  • Producing a single printed one-page index
  • Guidance on how to update the index over time

Session 02

Co-Parenting Conversation Series

A three-session series for adults who would like to learn structured communication tools for co-parenting conversations. The educator teaches conversation frameworks that include opening, listening, summarising, and closing, and the sessions include written prompts and gentle role-play exercises. The series is general communication coaching only; it is not mediation, advice on personal family matters, or any work that calls for a qualified specialist. Each session ends with reflective notes that participants take home.

What the series covers:

  • Structured conversation frameworks (open, listen, summarise, close)
  • Written prompt sheets for each framework
  • Gentle role-play exercises with educator feedback
  • Printed reflective notes at the close of each session
  • Framework cards to keep and reference independently

Programme 03

Family Records Coordination Program

A four-week guided programme for households who would like to bring all of their shared records into one calm, well-labelled archive. The programme includes weekly home visits, the assembly of a labelled folder system, a written index handed over at the end of the programme, and a final reading session with a chosen family member. The programme is strictly organisational and does not include mediation, advice on family matters, or any handling of work that calls for a qualified specialist.

What the programme covers:

  • Four weekly home visits to the household
  • Assembly of a complete labelled folder system
  • Written index of all archived document categories
  • Final reading session with a chosen family member
  • All printed materials and folder labels included

Confidentiality

All household information discussed in any session is held confidentially. Educators sign a confidentiality agreement before beginning their first session.

Pre-Session Scope Review

Every booking includes a written scope confirmation shared with the participant before the session date. This outlines what the session includes and what falls outside Roundtable's scope.

Materials Standard

All printed materials are reviewed twice yearly. Category lists and prompt sheets are updated to reflect participant feedback and any changes in common household document types.

Educator Qualifications

All session delivery is handled by adult education practitioners with documented facilitation training. No session is delivered by unqualified staff or volunteers.

Participant Feedback Loop

All participants receive a short feedback form after their programme. Responses are reviewed monthly and used to improve session structures and material quality.

Flexible Rescheduling

Sessions across all programmes can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Multi-visit programmes can be paused and resumed to accommodate the household's schedule.

Flat-fee pricing. No hidden costs.

Each fee covers all visits, all printed materials, and the full scope described. Travel within Bangkok is included.
